Lately it has been really hard for me to get back on track with working out and most importantly eating healthy! Ughh 😭 I just need my motivation back.

So lately I’ve been doing some home workouts before I could feel comfortable going back to the gym. Until I see some progress I probably won’t join a gym, any suggestions?
